Unopened & Unused Items – 60-Day Return Window

If your item is unopened and unused, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

If you’ve opened and used your item but are not satisfied, we’ll happily provide a store credit upon return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or misrepresented product, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

Wrong Item or Missing Products

In cases of discretionary returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return postage.
